"Once again your wonderful talent and creativity helped make Olivia's Bat Mitzvah a beautiful sight to witness! We loved
the arrangements..they were just exquisite, and added a huge spark to the room. They were perfect combinations of flowers and color.
At Opia they finally brought in the large bar arrangement, Wow!
I told Jimena that it was never brought back in the restaurant room, and the guy who was supposed to move it in apologized!
We wanted to enjoy it so we brought it home!! (along with about 10 more small arrangements). I am so glad that many people got to take them home too.
So now we get to enjoy the flowers for a couple more days.

I was very happy with my experience at Academy Floral at 108th & Broadway. The staff there was very helpful and extremely friendly... the proprietor was really willing to go the extra mile to help me out by putting together a beautiful bouquet right when they were closing.Their website has a very extensive selection, and helped me to find the perfect bouquet that expressed just what I wanted to say (close friendship with some romantic undertones). I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase and was very impressed by this shopAlso they said they deliver to most dorms on Columbia/Barnard campus
For years when I lived in this neighborhood, I enjoyed walking by this beautiful flower shop whose outdoor display livens up the drab Grey sidewalk with fresh bursts of color but was unable to buy anything because plants and cats don't mix. Recently, I needed to send flowers to a friend in the hospital, and Academy Floral CO really came through. Other online vendors, whether national or local, either wouldn't have been able to deliver my flowers on time and / or would have charged me more than $20 in delivery and service fees. Academy Floral Co offers same-day delivery with--get this--no delivery charge! I also found the prices of exotic plants and cut flower arrangements to be highly reasonable. I also received a prompt response from the florist about the approximate delivery time of my next-day order, which was very reassuring. If you need a flower delivery in a pinch or something beautiful to fill your own vase, I can't recommend Academy Floral Ca highly enough.
